Please make sure you hire a licensed, insured and qualified professional. If they are willing cut corners in the licensing process it is no problem for that person to cut corners in doing work in your home. If they take the time to get licensed then they should be willing to take on your job professionally & with integrity to honor that license.

This may effect your price(see above). The licenses are not cheap to work in our valley & there are so many of them to be had.
Then there are those who cant ever and wont ever be licensed (what ever the reason).
You cant tell the difference by sight. Be careful. If the price is good BUT...
